Meals prepared on board are thoughtfully curated and tailored to your preferences. Chilled drinks and refined aperitifs are always available, with a dedicated ice cube machine on board. For those who appreciate a touch of storytelling, a First Class–inspired Titanic-era menu can be arranged as a nod to Javelin’s heritage. For more elaborate culinary experiences, a private chef can be brought on board to create bespoke menus at the highest level.

Exploring local cuisine ashore is an integral part of the Mediterranean experience. From understated coastal trattorias to refined restaurants, guests are encouraged to dine ashore whenever they wish.
